The 'PLECS' or 'SHOLDER' support program has been established precisely for this purpose. We also took part in a workshop aimed to tell about the strategic plan of the support program 'PLECS' and cooperation with non-governmental organizations in the implementation of this plan. The purpose of the meeting was to outline the principles of cooperation and to dicuss the activities for the upcoming year and beyond.
